Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders

A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery within the UK usually takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping is FREE for orders over £50.
  • We primarily use Royal Mail for eligible UK orders.

Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.

During sales and peak periods, expect extended dispatch times.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders. You can apply Shipping Protection at checkout.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return window from the date your order is delivered/received.

Eligibility

  • Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in 'as new' condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at toyvora99@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions — Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • You'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return.

Please Note

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown during the return process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  • If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
